  • Production time is usually 2–7 business days (varies by product and season).

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost.

Shipping Within Morocco

  • Delivery time: 1–4 business days after production.

  • Local orders are delivered by trusted courier partners.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for Moroccan customers (check at checkout).

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days depending on destination.

  • Available to most regions worldwide through Printify’s global network.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item, weight, and location.

Shipping Fees

  • Domestic (Morocco): Flat rate [X MAD] or free for orders over [Y MAD].

  • International: Calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties and VAT (outside Morocco) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If your package is returned due to a wrong address, reshipping costs may apply.

  • Lost or Damaged: If confirmed lost or damaged, we will replace or refund your order.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Returned items can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days with photos.

  • Customized or print-on-demand items: Non-returnable except in case of defect.
